OWNER Services

CC&R believes that good client service starts with creating goodwill relationships with tenants

and vendors. Communication is essential to avoid potential problems and reduce tenant

turnover which can minimize property damage and loss of rental income.


We ensure that tenants receive copies of all relevant paperwork, such as signed rental

agreements and move-in checklists. We also provide tenants with a community information

resource packet.


If you don't see a service listed here, please let us know. We are family owned and will work

with you to provide the customized service that fits YOUR NEEDS: For example, some property owners prefer to take care of their own maintenance and account payables.
